What you bring:
- 2–4 years of direct experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (previous RC experience is required, we’re targeting someone who has already done this role successfully)
- Deep, hands-on mastery of Ashby
- Strong AI fluency and real enthusiasm for using modern AI tools to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more scalable
- Proven comfort with in-person work and high-volume candidate walk-ins. You’re confident, organized, and genuinely enjoy being the face of the recruiting process
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple calendars and priorities without dropping a ball
- Warm, professional communication style and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that keeps the entire team moving
- We’re looking for someone who has already been a Recruiting Coordinator and is ready to level up our operations in a dynamic, on-site environment. If you love owning the details, making processes better every day, and playing a key role in building great teams, we’d love to meet you.
