Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with talent coordination or recruitment operations in a high-growth environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to use data to optimize efficiencies and maintain data integrity across internal tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Adaptability and grit when solving complex logistical problems under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD $32.70 per hour - USD $34.38 per hour.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build teams, managing complex scheduling and logistics across various time zones and regions.
  • Navigate shifting priorities and unblock scheduling bottlenecks to ensure a positive, high-velocity interview experience for all candidates.
  • Own the candidate journey end-to-end, from organizing travel and reserving space to hosting onsite, ensuring every detail reflects Uber’s standards.
  • Identify patterns in the scheduling process and lead projects to optimize efficiency and reduce friction for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with administrative assistants and internal stakeholders to coordinate high-impact recruiting events.
  • Communicate with care and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, acting as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
