Job Description:
We are hiring Driver Recruiters based in Dubai to support recruitment for U.S. trucking companies.

Important:
This role requires a native English speaker and is open to female candidates only.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound candidate calls (50–100 calls per day)
• Explain job opportunities to potential drivers
• Screen candidates and assess suitability
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain regular follow-ups and updates

Requirements:

• Native-level English speaker (mandatory)
• Female candidates only
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
