Job Description
We are hiring Driver Recruiters based in Dubai to support recruitment for U.S. trucking companies.
Important
This role requires a native English speaker and is open to female candidates only.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound candidate calls (50–100 calls per day)
- Explain job opportunities to potential drivers
- Screen candidates and assess suitability
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and updates
Requirements
- Native-level English speaker (mandatory)
- Female candidates only
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation
- Fixed salary + commission
