Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in the Riyadh Region.
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job requisition intake, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening resumes.
The role involves conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and line managers.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and contributing to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Strong skills in candidate outreach and relationship-building, using tools such as job boards, professional networks, and social media.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and refine job requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and basic labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and manage expectations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or safety-focused industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and MS Office tools.
