• Schedule - Shift - Hours: Regular FT 40 Hours Per Week - Days

• Recruitment & Sourcing : Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top healthcare talent. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Employment Marketing : Craft compelling recruitment advertisements and employer branding initiatives that showcase Valleywise Health as a leading healthcare employer.
• Candidate Management : Conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from application to their first day.
• Strategic Workforce Planning : Partner with leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, anticipate future hiring needs, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
• Advocacy & Support : Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, providing insights and support throughout the recruitment life cycle. Promote a positive candidate experience and foster long-term retention.

Annual Salary Range: $60,736.00 — $89,586.60

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
• Must have at least three (3) years of recruitment and/or sourcing experience with all employees within an organization, including but not limited to leadership, clinical, IT, and other level healthcare positions.
• Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid driver's license in good standing and must carry the legally required minimum insurance coverage on a personal vehicle at all times.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality standards is a must.
• Must have considerable knowledge and skills in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Must be able to interview all levels of candidates in a healthcare, business, and/or IT environment.
• Must communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be proficient in standard PC applications.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
