The Recruiter will scale Atoms teams across the Middle East and beyond.
The role supports autonomous haulage deployments and hiring for field engineering, field operations, and technical teams.
The role is based in the Dubai office.
What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for field engineering and field operations roles, including rotational positions at mining operations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Partner with leadership and site managers to define hiring needs, assess technical talent, and align recruitment with deployment timelines and customer commitments.
- Build pipelines for mining operations leaders; field service and mechatronics technicians; and robotics/software engineers.
- Map talent across mining, heavy equipment OEM, automotive electronics, and autonomous vehicle sectors.
- Present the role proposition, including FIFO rotations, rugged sites, five-day onsite work, and production autonomy deployments.
- Improve time-to-fill and hiring quality while supporting deployment plans.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data, identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and maintain a high talent bar.
What we are looking for
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Technical, field, or operations recruiting for mining, heavy industry, construction equipment, automotive, robotics, or autonomous vehicle companies is ideal.
- Working understanding of roles being recruited for, such as mine production cycles, DBW kits and CAN diagnostics, or embedded Linux debugging.
- Recruiting for remote, rotational, or site-based roles and familiarity with GCC labor markets and mobilization are a strong plus.
- Proven success managing high-impact, fast-moving searches across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Ability to influence engineering and operations leaders, advise on talent markets, and drive clarity in role definition and leveling.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making are required.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment, urgency, and extreme ownership.
Workplace
- The position is based in the Dubai office; office-based teams work onsite five days a week.
- The recruiting work includes roles with rotational onsite assignments at mining operations in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
