Who You Are

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Able to assess varied experiences and identify potential beyond resumes, considering capabilities, context, and long-term fit.
• Able to identify and engage top-tier candidates; navigate ambiguity and adapt evaluation strategies to changing goals.
• Able to turn observations into actionable hiring insights and build collaborative relationships through clear communication.

Cash Compensation

• Total cash compensation is generally around $103,000 to $118,000 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
