The company seeks an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to take ownership of its recruitment function.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The recruiter will source and hire property consultants, establish a structured recruitment process, and build a consistent pipeline of qualified agents.
The role works directly with the CEO and management to manage targets, implement systems, and attract real estate professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Source experienced real estate agents and property consultants through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Maintain recruitment workflows, candidate databases, tracking systems, and reporting.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates with relevant Dubai real estate experience.
- Set and monitor daily outreach, interview, and monthly successful-hire targets.
- Report on recruitment performance, candidate conversions, and hiring progress.
- Work with the CEO and sales management to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment.
- Assess candidate experience, market knowledge, sales ability, motivation, and suitability for commission-based roles.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, induction, and initial training with HR and sales management.
- Improve recruitment processes, candidate quality, and hiring results; plan systems to support expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven Dubai real estate recruitment experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and real estate brokerage operations.
- Demonstrated ability to source and recruit experienced property consultants and sales professionals.
- Experience recruiting for commission-based real estate roles.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish recruitment processes, manage KPIs, and meet hiring targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–10,000 per month.

- The position is on-site in Dubai and work is in person.
