Experienced Recruiter – Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for multiple positions and departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems
- Excellent candidate evaluation and interviewing skills
- Professional attitude and strong organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Indeed recruiting and online sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and urgent recruitment needs
