Retail Recruiter
with proven experience in sourcing and hiring talent within the retail industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering closely with the team to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail roles (store staff, supervisors, managers, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels
- Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail recruitment is essential
