- Handle end-to-end local recruitment for manpower requirements across Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar manpower market, candidate availability, and salary trends.
- Source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and professional manpower on short notice.
- Support recruitment for Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors.
- Maintain database of locally available candidates for quick deployment.
- Coordinate with clients to fulfill urgent and bulk manpower requirements.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor market practices.
