About This Role
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Qatar recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end local recruitment for manpower requirements across Qatar.
Strong knowledge of Qatar manpower market, candidate availability, and salary trends.
Source and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and professional manpower on short notice.
Support recruitment for Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors.
Maintain database of locally available candidates for quick deployment.
Coordinate with clients to fulfill urgent and bulk manpower requirements.
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
Ensure compliance with Qatar labor market practices.
