Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
• Negotiate offers and manage offer acceptance process
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and LinkedIn recruiting
• Experience in bulk and mid-senior level hiring
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• HR or related degree preferred
