Recruitment Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Develop recruitment strategies, post job advertisements, and source candidates through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Review resumes and applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct reference and background checks.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Keep current with recruitment industry trends and best practices.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 1-6 years of recruitment experience, as indicated by the source listing.
