Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter cum HR Assistant located in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment tasks, including sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Strong skills in HR administration, including maintaining employee records and supporting payroll processing
- Ability to execute employee engagement initiatives and plan HR-related events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and employees
- Proficiency in using HR software (PayTrax), applicant tracking systems, and office productivity tools
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
