Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Community Associate

to support our executive communities and roundtable events.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior leaders, managing data, and coordinating end-to-end event activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive roundtables and closed-door events.
  • Conduct LinkedIn sourcing and research to identify relevant CXOs and industry leaders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and community members.
  • Manage databases and trackers using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Handle event communication, invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and sponsor partners for seamless event execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of delegates, speakers, and community engagement metrics.
  • Support community-building initiatives and executive outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, events, recruitment, or executive engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and research skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good networking skills and existing professional connections are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
