• What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the full recruitment cycle (from “we need someone!” to “welcome aboard!”)
• Writing and posting job ads that actually get attention
• Building a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
• Working closely with department heads to understand manpower needs
• Conducting reference checks and background verifications
• Making sure every candidate has a smooth, professional experience
• Keeping recruitment reports and hiring trackers updated
• Brainstorming creative social media ideas to attract talent
• Actively managing and growing our professional online presence
• What we’re looking for:
• Proven recruiter experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dubizzle, referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines like a pro
• Confident with MS Office and HR databases
• Most importantly: **high energy, positive attitude, and a “go beyond” mindset** ⚡
