• Main Responsibilities:
• Support the recruiting efforts of a team that has doubled its size every year, and that has extreme growth ahead of it
• Represent Peak and our standards on all platforms and at in-person events
• Source candidates through job boards, universities, referrals, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics
