Job Summary

A Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization’s staffing needs. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and work with department managers to define job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (typically 1–3+ years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
