using AI tools, Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Bayt, and other recruitment platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple Arab countries, including the GCC and Syria.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and CV assessment skills.
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent for a wide range of positions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in sourcing
- Proven hands-on experience using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Prior experience in GCC or Middle East recruitment is preferred
