The vacancy is for an HR Recruiter handling non-IT recruitment across India.
The stated location is Kandivali West.
Qualifications and experience
- Graduate qualification required.
- Six months to two years of non-IT recruitment experience with Pan-India recruitment handling required.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with clients on positions and candidates.
- Analyze job descriptions; source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, mass mailing, and job postings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings against client requirements.
- Share CVs with line managers, schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and update candidates.
- Discuss offers, negotiate salary, and follow selected candidates through joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare Excel reports.
Work schedule
- Office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- First and third Saturdays are half days; second and fourth Saturdays are off.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month or negotiable.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
