Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for construction projects and corporate functions.
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Industry: Construction & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and skilled manpower.
- Manage CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and employment offers.
- Coordinate with project teams to fulfil manpower requirements and mobilization deadlines.
- Handle recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate follow-ups.
- Support Saudization requirements and Qiwa sponsorship-transfer processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Good knowledge of the KSA labor market and recruitment practices.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
