Own full-cycle recruitment for Middle East roles, from job posting and sourcing through offers, follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
Lead campus recruitment and graduate program arrangements, university partnerships, career talks, interviews, and offer issuance.
Partner with country managers, business leaders, and headquarters HR teams to clarify hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, talent mapping, headhunters, and regional talent pools.
Communicate in English with headquarters, cross-border candidates, vendors, and regional teams; prepare reports, candidate profiles, and HR documents.
Ensure compliance with local employment rules, company HR policies, and onboarding and payroll system requirements.
Track hiring data and dashboards, report progress, and support manpower planning and talent projects.
Improve candidate experience and employer-brand influence in Middle East markets.

1–3 years of professional recruitment experience; industry HR or regional recruitment experience.
Fluent written and spoken English, including cross-border email communication, interview coordination, and report writing.
Able to independently handle multiple open positions and campus recruitment projects.
A bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Middle East recruitment market, employment compliance, and common hiring practices are preferred areas of familiarity.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills; data sensitivity, attention to detail, and proactivity are stated qualifications.
