Recovery Tech - Float

What You’ll Do

• You’ll help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients in recovery. Key responsibilities include:
• Monitor and document client activities to ensure safety and accountability
• Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
• Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Administer or oversee medication distribution (training provided)
• Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
• Support facility cleanliness and client chore completion
• Provide transportation using company vehicles
• Utilize de‐escalation skills to support clients during difficult moments
• Prepare simple meals when needed
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• This role blends structure, teamwork, and client interaction — without the physical demands of traditional CNA work.
• Requirements to be a Float Recovery Tech:
• Commit to working full time hours
• Be able to work across all sites
• Be able to work any of the shifts.
• Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
• Ability to pass DHS Background Study
• Basic computer skills
