Role overview
Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests.
- Load and secure vehicles on the recovery truck to prevent damage during transport.
- Deliver recovered vehicles to workshops, vendors, or customer locations.
- Follow road safety requirements and company procedures during recovery operations.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the recovery vehicle daily.
- Maintain documentation for each recovery task, such as job sheets and delivery notes.
- Communicate job updates and location status to the logistics team.
- Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Manual 3 ton driving license.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience; recovery or towing experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to operate towing equipment and secure vehicles safely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is on the road.
