Education And Experience
The minimum level needed on the first day of work is:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, management information systems, business administration or related field, and
- Two years of job-related experience with two year's experience in tax administration, performing detailed technical work, data processing, technical troubleshooting support role, application support, experience working with external clients and providing support for online applications, and documenting requirements for online or desktop software.
- Other combinations of education and equivalent work experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
