Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage bookings, schedules, and memberships
• Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
• Convert inquiries into bookings and memberships
• Promote and sell studio packages and services
• Follow up with leads and potential clients
• Support social media activities and content creation
• Perform daily administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate with instructors and management to ensure smooth studio operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or sales
• Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling inquiries and closing sales
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in fitness, dance, wellness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage
