Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Receptionist Sales professional.
Core responsibilities
include managing front desk operations such as answering phone calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Additionally, the individual will assist in clerical tasks, maintain an organized workspace, and provide general support to clients and sales staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Operations, including scheduling and managing paperwork
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all clients
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette, handling calls promptly and professionally
- Familiarity with basic sales practices and the ability to support sales functions is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency in English is required
