1- Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Secretarial Administration or a degree in Business Management or any related field.
2- Experience
- Previous experience in reception or customer service is required, preferably in accounting firms or auditing companies (legal accountant).
- Recent graduates may be considered if they possess the essential skills.
3- Languages
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and providing necessary support.
- Printing and organizing financial documents before delivering them to clients.
- Preparing and printing official letters and correspondences.
- Labeling files using appropriate materials (files, folders, binders).
- Documenting client information clearly and systematically.
- Delivering documents to clients directly or preparing them for shipping.
- Organizing meetings and managing them efficiently.
- Archiving files and documents in an organized and accessible manner.
