Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Riyadh.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, welcoming customers, and ensuring a professional and friendly front-desk experience.

Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining a neat and organized reception area.

The role also involves handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

The Receptionist will support the store team by coordinating customer inquiries, assisting with walk-in visitors, and providing accurate information about services, tailoring appointments, and store policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities to interact professionally with visitors and customers.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to manage calls, greet guests, and handle inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Solid Clerical Skills to support front-desk operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a fashion and tailoring environment.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, calendars, and office applications); previous experience as a receptionist or in retail or hospitality is an advantage.
