Receptionist - Part-Time

Other primary responsibilities include

• Manage the front desk, including promptly and friendly answering all phone calls and greeting all visitors
• Compassionately respond to residents’ inquiries and assist them in scheduling transportation, appointments or other concierge services
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Business Office Manager and Marketing Director
• Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work Sunday 10:45am - 7pm and Monday 10:45am - 3pm
