As our Receptionist, you will manage reservations, coordinate guest flow, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.

You will maintain control of the front desk while creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere aligned with the

Le Café LPM.

You create a warm, professional, and confident first impression for every guest, setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

You communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and over the phone, handling inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

English is required; Arabic, French, or additional languages are a strong asset.

You manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest lists with accuracy and structure, ensuring optimal table allocation at all times.

You balance walk-ins and pre-booked reservations strategically to optimise seating capacity and maintain service flow.

You ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and representative of the brand at all times.

You remain calm and composed during peak service periods and unexpected situations such as overbookings.

You find quick, practical solutions that protect both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency,

while maintaining a positive and composed demeanour.
