Job Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive and respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with data entry and basic office tasks as required.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
