Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and respond to emails and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with data entry and basic office tasks as required.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
