About the Role:
We are currently looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Arabic-speaking Receptionist with previous experience in a beauty salon environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome and excellent customer service while efficiently managing appointments and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with a positive attitude
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Manage client bookings and salon calendar using scheduling software
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to clients
• Communicate effectively with staff and management

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a receptionist in a beauty salon or spa
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Knowledge of salon management systems (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
