Receptionist in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage salon appointments, bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Maintain client records and update booking systems accurately.
• Coordinate with beauty technicians and salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle payments, invoices, and basic cashiering duties.
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
• Assist with client complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Support management with basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Experience in a beauty salon, spa, hotel, or luxury service environment is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Friendly personality with a positive and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
• Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems or POS systems is preferred.
• Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
