Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Receptionist** with healthcare experience to join our medical center.
The ideal candidate should have experience in **patient handling, UAE insurance processing, registration, and front desk operations** while ensuring excellent patient service and smooth clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally at the reception/front desk
- Handle **patient registration** and maintain accurate records
- Verify and process **UAE medical insurance eligibility and approvals**
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding coverage and claims
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient follow-ups
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection as per clinic procedures
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and patient inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth patient flow
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records
- Ensure proper filing and documentation as per healthcare standards
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a **Healthcare Receptionist / Medical Receptionist** in UAE
- Knowledge of **UAE insurance billing, approvals, and registration procedures**
- Familiarity with **EMR/medical systems** and appointment scheduling
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
