Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Client Experience:** Warmly greet clients upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and ensure a welcoming reception environment.
• **Appointment Management:** Handle booking inquiries, schedule appointments via phone, email, and in-person, and optimize the daily salon schedule.
• **Service Information:** Provide accurate information regarding our salon services, promotional packages, and exclusive memberships.
• **Billing & Transactions:** Process client payments efficiently, manage cash registers, and issue accurate receipts.
• **Administrative Support:** Maintain a tidy front desk, coordinate seamlessly with stylists and staff, and handle basic data entry and customer records.

Candidate Requirements

• **Gender:** Female candidates only (Required for our ladies' salon environment).
• **Experience Level:** Freshers are welcome! Entry-level candidates with a great attitude will be fully trained. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus.
• **Language:** Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent conversational skills.
• **Attributes:** Highly presentable, friendly, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• **Technical Skills:** Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new booking or point-of-sale (POS) software.
