Role overview
The role supports the Dubai office and primarily expands Global Estate's channel-partner network while supporting lead generation, client communication, and real-estate content.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and contacts; identify and develop channel partners.
- Build relationships with agents, brokers, and real-estate professionals, and follow up with prospects.
- Create videos and content about Dubai real estate and off-plan projects.
- Maintain client and partner records in the company CRM and submit daily activity and performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally, assist with reception and general office duties when needed, and stay updated on local projects.
Candidate profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a confident, professional manner.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, communicating with new people, appearing on camera, and creating short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer applications; strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Previous telesales, reception, recruitment, or real-estate experience is advantageous; freshers with communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
