About This Role
Required Receptionist,
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and administrative support within the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area (clean and organized)
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes
- Support administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails)
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Admin, Site teams)
REQUIREMENT
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a receptionist or admin assistant (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred (for Infrastructure Companies):
- Experience in construction / contracting companies
- Knowledge of site operations terminology
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and drivers
Working Conditions
- Full-time role (typically 8–10 hours/day)
- Office-based (Head Office / Site Office)
- May require handling multiple calls and visitors during peak hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
