Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist / HR Admin role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for guests and team members.
Daily tasks include supporting HR team, answering and directing phone calls, managing visitor sign-ins, handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
The role also involves scheduling appointments, supporting meeting room bookings, and providing basic administrative and clerical support to various teams.
The Receptionist will coordinate closely with office management to support office operations and provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with visitors, callers, and team members.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations, visitor logs, and appointment scheduling.
- Effective phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Clerical skills such as data entry, basic record-keeping, handling mail, and using office productivity tools.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Comfort using basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is preferred; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
