• Job functions:
• Meeting clients at the reception desk;
• Providing consultations about the center's services, payment options, informing clients about special offers, and explaining the preparation requirements for sessions;
• Processing incoming requests and scheduling consultations and sessions;
• Working with the database (entering patient information, managing schedules, supporting patients in the center);
• Working with CRM programs;
• Answering incoming calls from patients;
• Monitoring inventory and placing timely orders for supplies;
• Processing customer payments at the checkout.
• Company expectations for the candidate:
• **Education:** 1) medium-special (preferably medical); 2) in other specialties;
• Accredited diploma;
• Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic;
• Presentable;
• High level of customer orientation and desire to help people;
• Experience working with clients, language and writing literacy;
• PC skills at the level of a confident user;
• Necessary personal qualities: sociability, attentiveness, customer orientation, benevolence;
