Required tasks:
1- handle phone calls to the reception.
2- handle emails and forward emails to necessary personnel.
3- handle visitors, getting their information and check with who they wish to meet before letting them thru.
4-scanning documents if required.
5- document control and filing documents.
4- Submission of drawings to DM system. you will be trained on how to submit drawings and projects to the dubai municipality system. this is not immediate. (will be additional bonus for this on salary)
duty will be 5 days a week (2 days off Friday and saturday) 8 hours from 9 to 5. you get food break around 30 minutes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
