Role Description
The Receptionist role is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai.
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Daily tasks include managing incoming calls, handling appointment bookings, maintaining the reception area, and providing general information about the firm’s services.
The role also involves basic clerical support such as managing mail, coordinating couriers, organizing documents, and assisting with meeting room scheduling.
The Receptionist will work closely with lawyers and legal staff to ensure smooth front-office operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties skills, including welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and coordinating appointments.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette skills, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document handling, basic record keeping, and use of office equipment and software.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a high level of Customer Service skills, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and discretion in client interactions.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
