Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate doctors' schedules and appointment bookings.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Requirements

• **Female native Arabic speaker.**
• Fluent in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• **Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, polyclinic, or hospital is required.**
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic appointment management systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
