Receptionist / Sample Registration Executive – Medical Laboratory
Job Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** AED 2,500 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Sample Registration Executive to join our medical laboratory team in Dubai.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Register patient details and laboratory test requests accurately in the system.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Handle appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with phlebotomists and laboratory staff regarding sample collection.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Support daily front-desk and administrative operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, laboratory, or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
