Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai.
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including welcoming visitors, handling phone calls with professionalism, and managing day-to-day clerical tasks.
This role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and organizing documents
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment
- Proficiency in basic office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email applications)
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the medical or aesthetics industry is a plus
