About the Role Savoy Clinic LLC, located in the prestigious Dubai Mall, is looking for a professional, well-spoken, and highly experienced Russian-speaking Female Medical Receptionist to join our elite team.
This role is strictly for candidates with intensive, hands-on experience in the aesthetic, beauty, or dermatology clinic industry.
You will serve as the face of our luxury clinic, welcoming high-end clients and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Provide a warm, luxury-standard welcome to all patients and visitors.
- Booking & Scheduling: Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in Russian and English.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, billing, and clinic paperwork accurately.
- Coordination: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and the marketing team to ensure a flawless patient journey.
- Upselling: Provide basic information about clinic treatments, packages, and skincare products to clients.
Mandatory Requirements
- Language: Native or fluent Russian speaker with excellent command of the English language.
- Gender: Female (due to clinic demographic and role requirements).
- Experience: Intensive prior experience working specifically in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or high-end medical spa.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
