Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of front-office operations and deliver the guest journey to property and company standards.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with colleagues to improve guest satisfaction, respond to enquiries, and resolve problems.
• Support department strategies and objectives and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Develop front-office knowledge and skills through learning and development.
• Coordinate inventory, productivity, and performance matters with the Head of Department.
• Maintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders.
• Follow legislation and due-diligence practices, document compliance for audits, and follow up as needed.

Qualifications

• Front-office experience is required.
• Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality.
• Requires communication, listening, IT, collaboration, task management, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work to high standards are expected.
