Role Description
This full-time, on-site Manicurist Receptionist role is based at Zeina & Juliano Beauty Salon in Dubai.
The role combines professional nail care services with front desk responsibilities, including welcoming clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Day-to-day tasks include performing manicures and nail treatments to salon standards, greeting clients on arrival, answering phone calls, and coordinating bookings.
The Manicurist Receptionist will also process payments, maintain a clean and organized reception and nail station area, and support the salon team with basic clerical duties and customer follow-up to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to interact professionally and warmly with clients.
- Front desk and administrative capabilities such as Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills for managing bookings, records, and payments.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and communication skills for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information.
- Technical proficiency in manicure services, including basic and advanced nail care, hygiene practices, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Dubai, with reliable time management and a proactive, organized work style.
- Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is preferred; relevant certification in nail care or beauty services is an advantage.
- Comfort working with booking systems or point-of-sale software and maintaining a neat, professional appearance in line with salon standards.
