Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and associates in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required
  • Handle incoming correspondence and deliveries
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth guest services
  • Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate when required
  • Maintain records, logs, and administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
