Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and associates in a warm and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required
- Handle incoming correspondence and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth guest services
- Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate when required
- Maintain records, logs, and administrative documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
