Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties

• Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries.
• Schedule appointments & meetings as per MD availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Monitor inventory and supplies (e.g., brochures, towels, forms) and report shortages.

Sales Assistance

• Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or SMS.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to attract new members.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospects, conversions, and consultations.
• Provide exceptional post-signup support and onboarding to new members.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or front desk software is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is a plus.
